These terms govern your use of Ozzie, a product of Gray’s Autonomy. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Ozzie is a human-in-the-loop AI sales-call assistant. A person initiates and stays reachable on every call; Ozzie does the talking and always discloses that it is an AI. Ozzie is a tool you direct — you are responsible for how you use it.

Acceptable use

Ozzie contacts only the people you put into it. You supply the contacts — your customers, your inbound leads, your own records — and you control who is called and why. Ozzie does not provide, sell, or source contact lists.

• Contact warranty. You represent and warrant that, for every contact you load into or connect to Ozzie, you have a lawful basis and any consent required to contact that person by phone or text for the purpose you have configured. You are the sole party responsible for that basis, and you will maintain records of it.
• You will comply with all applicable calling, telemarketing, and privacy laws, including TCPA, state AI-disclosure laws, and Do-Not-Call rules.
• You will honor opt-out and do-not-call requests immediately, and you will not re-add a contact who has opted out.
• You will not use Ozzie for fraud, harassment, or any deceptive purpose, or disable its AI disclosure.
• You will indemnify us against claims arising from contacts you loaded without a lawful basis, or from your use of the service outside these terms.

Billing

Paid plans include a monthly base fee plus metered usage billed on connected talk time, as shown on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the leads, scripts, documents, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers & liability

Ozzie is provided “as is.” We do our best to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee specific sales outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the update.
